To access preorders, go to the 3PL section in the main store, then click +Listing in the blue box.

Product Type – Defines what the item is that you’re selling.

Style Code – Unique to each product, making it easier to find (you can create these yourself).

Commodity Code – Required for shipping (can be looked up online).

Customs Description – Used when products are shipped to ensure they clear customs.

Brand – Optional, but recommended so the system can recognize it.

To set a product as a Preorder, simply select the Preorder option located below Brand.

On the Variations slide, you can set up a sizing guide with multiple options and enter the product’s available colors.

In the Images section, you can upload product and model shots from your personal files to display on your website. Note: the system requires at least one image to be assigned to the Front option.

The final step is to complete all the shipping details. Every field shown must be filled in. Note: measurements are fixed to the system’s preset values and cannot be changed.
